Create a Path to Nature
You can weave your way through gardens with a beautiful flagstone paths, or use a flagstone path in the place of a traditional sidewalk, or use flagstone paths to connect different living areas, or to encourage foot traffic in your yard to take certain routes. Flagstone paths are especially beautiful when combined with pine trees and waterfalls to create the feel of being in the mountains.
Things To Consider
When you make plans for a flagstone or garden path, these are among the things you need to consider: Will your path be used rarely, or often? How wide does it need to be? If the path will just be connecting garden areas, width is not a big concern, but if your path will be a primary pathway, then it should be at least four feet wide so two people can walk abreast.
